they seem to have changed the original Zelda-style slashing mechanic to a simple press of the A button, which is kind of sad but i guess if they had that changed it's because it plays better that way.
and for the whole violence thing i dont see how having a game that is ultra violent adds anything to it, I mean slicing the head of a guy to kill him him OR slicing his testicules off whit the A button then feeding it to him until he vomits his organs is pretty much the same thing gameplay wise. Jam it back in, in the dark.
