I've heard of a product which is basically electrified metal strips that you put on the ************************************************** ************************************************** ************************************************** ************************************************** ************************************************** ************************************************** *******************************
(sorry, my rat decided to help me type) Metal strips which you put on the rail of the balcony and they're electrified. The pigeons won't land on 'em anymore. You ought to be able to turn 'em off when you have company up there too as I imagine they'd plug into a typical outdoor electrical socket. Jam it back in, in the dark.
