I've purchased several stuff from PA, mainly games and little odds and ends like figures. Never had a single problem with them.
Once, I bought a figure and realized after I bought it that my address was incorrect for some reason, so I emailed them asking them if they had shipped it yet. They said they had already, but if I never get the item they will send me another one free of charge. Happily to say, I did get the item, although the box was all banged up (from the postal service, not PA). The figure itself was still intact, thank god. Based on my experiences, I recommend using them. I love their cheapo shipping prices to Canada. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
