Another thing you can do is change your password to something you won't remember, like "skjdhfkljasgfksgdf". I did that with all of my Poker accounts after I realized that I was getting addicted.

Uhh then you have to change the password for your email account as well, I guess. I mean, if you're really willing to do it, you should be able to!
