Master Thesis Survey on MMORPG's
Hi,
I’m a university student from Belgium currently in my final year of Communication Sciences at the Catholic University of Louvain. I’ve also been an avid gamer for most of my life. When the time came to pick a subject for my Master thesis the choice was clear: “Something with games”. I then chose MMORPG’s because i find them incredibly fascinating and dangerously appealing. The point of my thesis is to find out exactly why people play these kind of games. Below you will find a link to a short survey, which will only take about 5 minutes to complete. You would really help me out if you would take a moment and fill it out. I would like to stress that anonimity is guaranteed and that the data will be treated objectively. No mainstream media dramatisation here, this is serious research which I’ll have to defend to a comission of professors. Anyway, I hope to receive your answers soon! Sorry for the late reply but as you can imagine im pretty busy writing my thesis and stuff. Thanks for the fillouts guys. I currently have 290 responses, a number I am looking to at least double. So if there is anyway you could help me get there by spreading the word or something, it would be very much appreciated.
