Well, Lehah, I think you're perfectly aware of the actions you should take to aliviate this problem before it burns a hole in your anus.
The first lady kind of sounds like a bitch, so dump her and get her out of your life. Keep at bay with Megan and quit doting on the past you had with her. You had your chance, it's gone now. I don't say that to be mean or anything ;_; Then! Take some time to reflect and pull yourself together and set some priorities straight. That seems to be your biggest problem here; you want to push forward but you keep tying yourself down to bullshit (ie, women bullshit) Obviously in the state you're in, you're not making the best discisions for yourself--atleast, in the romance department--and you're not really doing much to change these problems than talk about how shitty they are. Do something! And do it now. NOW NOW NOW NOW Jam it back in, in the dark.
