Eriol, what will she say if you guys sit her down and tell her that her behavior is becoming unmanageable? A mature person would be willing to listen to reason. Then again, maturity often gives way to insanity. The best course of action I think would be to give her the help that she and her family deserves. This might be something that could be helped by medication.
Additionally, she may not have psychosis. She may in fact have bi-polar disorder. Typical behavior or symptoms of this include mania, which include feelings of grandeur and invulnerability. My friends grandmother would often walk into other people's houses, complete strangers and strike up a conversation with them. She was bi polar. Symptoms of mania (in the case of manic behavior) might explain the 'superiority' issues and also perhaps the naked-ness. (ughh) At any rate, she is delusional. I am curious to know how old she is.
Anyhow, good luck with this.
How ya doing, buddy?
