The key is compilation; I know of few albums that don't break their moods (someone suggested "Kingdom Hearts" above, for example, but the percussion and organs in "Forze del Male" wouldn't help *me* sleep!)
I'd suggest, in addition, some tracks from "Dew Prism" and the "Secret of Mana" series. Jeremy Soule has some good atmosphereic music too; some critics *claim* it puts them to sleep. Jam it back in, in the dark.
