That is nothing new, that's been going on for at least a year or so. The only difference now I suppose is that there are more and more people starting to notice it.
Jam it back in, in the dark. |
He will most likely end up being DLC later on.
Maybe 500~1000? How ya doing, buddy? |
Hmm, so ToLS has to be one run?
I guess I'll have to pull out my Astaroth to get through that then. Maybe a Yun-Seong to Soul Crush because he makes it so easy... This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
Shouldn't be too hard then. Once I have maxed Yun-Seong and bought more equipment I'll work on the Tower then.
I've just been completing story mode for god knows what reason... (I have the LE so I didn't have any real need to do it for Soul Calibur // Soul Edge // Joke Weapons with the exception of a few characters) How ya doing, buddy? |
I don't know about being able to use the code more than once, but the parts are okay.
Long List of Parts:
Some guy put them up on his photobucket but I don't know how long they will stay up there. I was speaking idiomatically. |
Grapple til infinity?
Random 360 people I've heard mention this area used The Apprentice as one of the two characters (mostly because he can take advantage of people he can get into the air) What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
The difficulty of it seems to vary each time.
I've heard someone use Nullify Counter A + Soul Drain A + Knock Down with dual Siegfrieds... and just stay back and do one attack whenever they charge. If they get in close try attacking+switching+continuing a combo. Shave Damage A also seems to be of use if you have a character that puts it to good use. 59F Nightmare is the hardest opponent in the whole Ascending portion of the tower... beating him will take luck or skill, depending on how fortunate or unfortunate you are. FELIPE NO |
Err, yeah I think they meant HP Drain... or rather I hope they did if they were using dual siegs.
It seems they just use his long range poke and back off, repeat until bored. Apparently the decided "best" equipment set to get through everything except 20F and 45~46F (for non-LE) is: Hermits Hood (D-15 HP+25 Gauge+25) Juok Chaplet (HP+5 Boost+15) Demonic Pauldrons (D+20 HP+25 Gauge+20) Chain Mail (D+10 HP+10 Gauge+10) Leviathan Cuirass (D+35 HP+25 Power+25 Special+30) Lusca Gauntlets (A+20 D+10 HP+10) Asura Tassets (D+10 HP+20 Gauge+30 Special+10) Shinobi Tabi (Gauge+10) [If you don't need Gauge you can use Bandages for D+10] Nightmare Greaves (A+35 D-20 HP+5 Power+30 Gauge+25) Insert HP Drain A and anything else you can try to fit in for others if you want... I'll see how much I die when I go to the tower later tonight, still working on Yun-Seong Style Lv9 (two levels to go) so I can have my "ultra easy mode" for a majority of the floors. What, you don't want my bikini-clad body? |
My team of Super Astaroths plows through anything I have already completed the requirements for (because I'm lazy and want to have all the chests opened)
Only 129% Attack, 116% Defense, and 175% HP, but with 1A(Hold), A or 1A(Hold), B nothing really stands in my way. Damage is nowhere near my 200% Attack Astaroth, but then that one is for extreme no-skill pray and hope to god they die situations. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
I beat Tower of Lost Souls already.
It took a few tries, but switching out 1A (hold) and regular 1A worked most of the time. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
My HP 175% Astaroth setup is: Spoiler:
Remove the Oval Glasses and you drop from 129% A to 124%, but your HP goes from 175% to 190% I just use them for some chars that can make use of that +Impact so Counter Hits don't do extra damage. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

You can sort of manipulate the AI into doing what you want them to do, but if you mess up they get into a groove and you pay for it.
Algol on 60F is pretty funny since when I fought him he instantly KO'd himself by Ring Out. I've been spending time looking at various CaS creations from people, found a few that look pretty neat. Raziel Ky Kiske I-No (why is she flat) Richter Belmont I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
Your skill as a whore is determined solely by your gamerscore, obviously.
The achievements in Soul Cailbur IV are just the Honors themselves, so it doesn't even give you anything to do, since you get 2/3s of them anyway just so you can have all the CaS stuff without tormenting yourself with ToLS. Most amazing jew boots |
Maybe on GameFAQs they would do that kind of crap, but who pays any real mind to that place?
I wouldn't see any real reason to mention you got "x" achievement unless it was vague in how to obtain it and you wanted to tell others how to do the same. Treasure Trove from Lost Odyssey can burn in hell. What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
EDIT: After too much testing and probably destroying whatever new-controller-feel my control had, it is definitely an infinite you cannot escape from. I retract my statement before about it being otherwise.
The attack itself inflicts a special juggle that exists in SCIV (I never touched III but maybe it is in there too) that, when hit in the air again, will keep putting you in this same juggle over and over again. This particular spinning launch juggle will not allow you to maintain air superiority. Basically you can mash the stick / d-pad all you want but your polygons aren't going anywhere. The only way your opponent will be able to get out of it is if you hit at the wrong distance or angle. It is also somehow possible for them to escape in the last stretch of the infinite, when they are going really high, due to the attack sometimes hitting them and causing a juggle at a weird angle due to height. The first two followups are also the hardest ones to do after the launch. Get the hang of those and you are pretty much set... FELIPE NO

Reason: I fail at testing things thoroughly the first time around...

I'm not sure what the error is in your case ![]() What, you don't want my bikini-clad body? |
