Tande, you said yourself he outright TOLD you he doesn't want a commitment, but then you completely ignore it by saying "you have a feeling" he isn't into a relationship.
It sucks, but you cannot make someone love you by willing it to happen. He's not going to change his mind or develop feelings for you just because you have sex with him. Keep some of your pride and dignity and walk away without begging him for a relationship he already said he didn't want.
Or, you can keep doing what you're doing, grow more attached to him as time goes on, and set yourself up for a major hurt down the road when the thread this "relationship" is hanging by finally breaks.
