I usually grill chicken breasts. I make this chicken marinade by beating 3 eggs, adding pepper, garlic salt, squeeze 4 lemons and 2 oranges in for zest and add just a bit of vinegar. You marinate ten chicken breasts in this mix inside a plastic ziplock bag overnight.
Just grill them on low flame with a closed grill for 20 minutes and you will melt. Trust me on this. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
