Good easy recipes with breast chickens?

What are some good easy recipes to make?

You can add the chicken breast strips to stir-fry.

Here's an interesting recipe that I've tried, but with my own changes. The one below goes into more detail, but to simplify a general stir-fry recipe, you basically heat vegetables of your choice in a pan until soft and add spices. You can add teriyaki sauce or soy sauce, but pay attention to the amounts since too much soy sauce and salt in one dish can make the finished meal too salty.

I usually grill chicken breasts. I make this chicken marinade by beating 3 eggs, adding pepper, garlic salt, squeeze 4 lemons and 2 oranges in for zest and add just a bit of vinegar. You marinate ten chicken breasts in this mix inside a plastic ziplock bag overnight.

Just grill them on low flame with a closed grill for 20 minutes and you will melt. Trust me on this.

Cover it in a beaten egg, the bread crumbs. Put in an casserole dish, bake on 325 for 25 minutes. Cover in marinara sauce and mozzerella cheese, bake until chicken is cooked throughout and cheese is melted.

Baked Chicken Paramaigna.

I know a few ways. First is to marinate the chicken breasts in Italian Dressing for a few hours. Then grill like normal. Simple but I enjoy it.

Second is to beat eggs, dip the chicken in the egg, then into seasoned breadcrumbs and then pan fry it till its golden brown, also good if you add some parmesan in the breadcrums.

As I clicked, a small part of me was hoping this thread would be about breast milk.

Slice chicken breasts up into small squares and stir fry them until fully cooked.

Put them in potsticker wrappers (these things), wet half of the wrappers, then fold and press down to seal.

deep fry for 10-15 seconds in oil on medium heat. I usually dip them in duck sauce, or I'll put little slices of cheddar cheese in with the chicken.

Broil roast them in a toaster oven.

Score the breasts with a knife.

Marinate in garlic, sugar, pepper, water and soy sauce for about one hour.

Put breasts on foil-covered roasting pan and put some marinade in there, not all.

Set toaster oven to 350 F and wait till it is done, which generally means if you slice it open the juices run clear.
