I notice that ever since I started exercising on a regular basis and stopped drinking myself retarded every night (Don't get me wrong, I still do that once in a while but I've kept it down to a very bare minimum lately) I actually wake up feeling in ridiculously good spirits. I know that they tell you that exercising releases endorphins into the brain but DAMN it feels good to wake up energized every day.
I mean, sure you have some shitty days but it's so much easier to handle them emotionally when you have a clear head and a responsive system. Word to the wise: Always go to sleep in a good mood and you'll wake up in a good mood. Famous last words ![]() Jam it back in, in the dark. |
