HELL.
YES.

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG

This is the best way to handle a game like this. I played the hell out of the import, but I would have been bored if it was just simply ported. Having it become a whole new entity is incredible.

Just a shame that the trailer is so short and we didn't get to hear any songs. I'm wondering if they'll keep the same kind of vocal intensity as the original. I mean, even I was shouting "Dai! sei! kou!" at the end of each song.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Guys, I'm sure that Japanese teenagers (at least, the very few that actually bought Ouendan in Japan) hated some of the songs for being too mainstream, too.

Just because it's in Japanese doesn't mean that the native population isn't as embarrassed to listen to it as you are when Britney Spears or some shit emo band plays.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Question (without spoiling which songs are used):

1. Is there another tear-jerker song / story like Over the Distance from Ouendan?

2. Is the final song kickass?

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Unlike most people, I like the "sad song" stage from Ouendan better than EBA. EBA's seemed a little TOO sappy, as if they were just trying to top the first game instead of crafting a new scenario.
Spoiler:
Oh look, another dead guy. But this time, it's a dad, and he's got a sad little girl. It wasn't as original as making it about some other type of tragedy. The song was a bit too cliche nowadays, too.

However, this game is on the whole a great sequel. I love the "skip intro" feature, it really speeds up the playthroughs. The final stage(s) are incredible, it really got me emotionally involved with the songs. It completely topped RSG from Ouendan.

I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?

Yeah they are, you just need to unlock them by upping your rank. Then you can play them in all difficulties.

I was speaking idiomatically.
