I'm definitely looking forward to this collection. It seems Capcom has included two versions of Alpha 3 in this collection: the arcade version + the arrange version, which contains characters not found in the arcade version of Alpha 3:

This game was released here in the US this past Tuesday and it's a great compilation
. They included a lot of the extras found in the Japanese version (including the hyper mode with the extra characters) as well as an option for progressive scan (by pressing the triangle and X buttons after the Playstation 2 logo at startup). They even left the option for installing the game on the PS2 HDD. After the initial loading of the game you select (which takes about 5 seconds), there appears to be no loading what-so-ever in the games themselves.
