I usually use emoticons on AIM more than anything else. I really hate it when they dont have the face that you really want to use...
My reply to a light-hearted mean joke (you'd be surprised how often I get these) is usually the face >=p And of course no one offers a mean looking face with its tongue sticking out. I do like  and  though, and find myself using them off the boards as well, even if they dont make any sense to the person I'm talking to, because they dont know what the letters are.Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
