Slice chicken breasts up into small squares and stir fry them until fully cooked.
Put them in potsticker wrappers (these things), wet half of the wrappers, then fold and press down to seal. deep fry for 10-15 seconds in oil on medium heat. I usually dip them in duck sauce, or I'll put little slices of cheddar cheese in with the chicken. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
