Well there's Mr. Moskeeto (or Ka, as it was called in Japan), where you play a robotic mosquito and suck blood causing anxieties and stress for a Japanese family. The game is a lot of fun, but it's disappointing you can only suck blood from pre-set, mission specific spots.
The sequel, Ka 2: Let's Go Hawaii! is said to be a lot of fun, but it was never released outside Japan. Most amazing jew boots  |

 Cookie and Cream might also be available as Kuri Kuri Mix, it was named that in Europe. It's a very old game, so finding a copy is gonna be tricky. Best bet would be torrent sites like blackcats-games.
