Conceptual Games on PS2 ?
 

Hi,

I like short and simple threads.

I'm looking for concept games, like Katamari Damacy or Frequency on the PS2.

I had a japanese cooking game on PSX and it was great (Ore no ryori), i also loved Bishi Bashi and i'm looking for these kind of games on the PS2 to have fun with friends

Well there's Mr. Moskeeto (or Ka, as it was called in Japan), where you play a robotic mosquito and suck blood causing anxieties and stress for a Japanese family. The game is a lot of fun, but it's disappointing you can only suck blood from pre-set, mission specific spots.

The sequel, Ka 2: Let's Go Hawaii! is said to be a lot of fun, but it was never released outside Japan.

I think you could like REZ. It a shooter but when you shoot the ennemy it make some sound with a techno background music, and the music change with how much combo you do. It's hard to explain but you should look for it ^^

Well for PSX though there was Incredible Crisis which had the oddest story for a game full of small minigames. I have to yet get a copy of it still.

PS2:
The Adventures of Cookie and Cream is the best teamwork game ever made. You're crazy skilled if you can play this by yourself, since you are almost forced to play this with another person. It's rather hard for such a cute game...both of you need to be excellent gamers on your own for the last stages.

i really liked REZ, nice concept game

i'm looking forward to try MrMoskeeto or Cookie and cream but i can't find the games on download and i can't even find them on eBay or other legal sites ^^

Cookie and Cream might also be available as Kuri Kuri Mix, it was named that in Europe. It's a very old game, so finding a copy is gonna be tricky. Best bet would be torrent sites like blackcats-games.

Mr. Moskeeto was released in Europe by Fresh Games (who also brough Way of the Samurai, if I remember correctly and have since then disappeared), and Ebay has a few PAL copies.
