Putting Together Computer - Did I do it right? Advice/Recommendations

I dun wanna buy a computer from store 'cause they always suck one way or another... now I do have a VIDEO CARD it's a x1950pro (which is probably pretty crappy by now) This is what I have so far: 1- I am a NEWBIE!!! 2- I am on a relatively low budget 3- Is the video card that I own compatible with the parts I choose - if not what would you recommend 4- Did the parts I choose fit together? 5- Are they any good? I know I am missing some stuff... what else am I missing and can you recommend me one if you know one of your head? The barebone PC has the motherboard. Windows vista 64 bit recognizes 8GB RAM. The reason why I want 8GB RAM is because I want speed, and a computer with 2GB RAM and it's not fast enough. Plus the motherboard that comes with it has enough spaces for 8GB.
