Just run the BTS shortcut, BTS also contains all the gameplay additions of Warlords so Warlords itself is kind of redundant and worthless.

(Just press PrintScreen in game and it'll dump .jpg screenshots somewhere in your Documents/My Games folder.

I guess I'm up for another one of these. As far as Civ/Leader goes I'm in favor of just going Random with the option to have historically incorrect leaders turned on.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Why would you want to go found some religions? I remember you guys founding two or three last game, but didn't really do anything (missionaries or whatever) with them
Religions are always worth having even if you don't pursue the strategy aggressively, since the presence of religions in a city boosts its culture and a city's culture improves its level of defense. So if you can found 2-3 religions and spread them all to each of your cities they're all much safer than they would be without.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Finished up the Warrior and started work on a new Settler immediately. Explored a little to both the north and the south; unfortunately the Warrior that was northwest-bound had an unfortunate accident involving some wildlife. Villagers provided us with Sailing and some cash. Finished up Meditation and converted us to Confucianism (why the hell not). Grabbed Mining and started on Priesthood so we can get some use out of our new faith.

The Known World, circa 3160 BC:

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I'm not sure anyone can help you with that if your description of the problem is limited to "won't work". Won't work in what way, exactly?

Additional Spam:
For a long time, nothing happens. Our exploring warriors continue to, y'know, explore, but find nothing of interest beyond a crapload of angry bears. After bear casualties are assessed, the survivors coalesce into one party.

New discoveries in the study of the sublime lead us to the discovery of Islam, and we convert to Organized Religion so that we may more easily spread our knowledge to the new city we intend to found. I begin researching the Wheel, so that we can build a road to the new city once we actually establish one.

At last the settlers are ready to move out. I direct Rotterdam to produce more warriors for city defense, since it seems increasingly unlikely that our exploring parties will make it back alive. Unwilling to delay our expansion any longer, I send the settlers out without accompaniment. Hopefully our explorers are doing an adequate job of distracting the bears.

Another uneventful series of turns; finished up Pottery and started on Writing. Finally made contact with another civ: Elizabeth of Carthage, who sent a work boat from somewhere to the east of us. Finished up the Settler and started on a Missionary to spread our state religion to the new city. Sent the Settler out (WITH ACCOMPANIMENT THIS TIME) toward a cluster of hills NNW. No sea access but should be a production powerhouse once population grows.

Judging by Elizabeth's score compared to ours, that lost Settler set us back massively

I'm sure the "nothing happened" posts are getting old, but—

- Hooked up some resources via road!

- Pressed Enter several times!

That's it

Finished up Iron Working and started on Mathematics; we'll need to get to Currency soon if we want to expand quickly and not go broke.

Settlers are on their way northwest.

Founded The Hague, spread some religion around, not much else to report.

Finished up Construction, grabbed Monarchy and switched to it before going for Alphabet, spread both our religions to our remaining cities which were lacking, sent a Warrior to finally explore the rest of the damned continent (it will take him some time to get over there, though)

Yeah, I didn't want to be the one to say it but I think we've been screwed for a while. I'd also vote to just shutter this one since it's totally hopeless.
