So I can only fail two more death saves before I keel over, right?
Yeah, but I doubt very much the fight is going to last that much longer.

Orion got back to me and as it turns out he's busy due to the BSC so we move to the next in queue, LeHah. I am sure he won't have an issue with various infernal contracts.

Zerg, I appreciate your roleplaying. I honestly do.

But you need to tell me what the fuck you're actually trying to do, "squeezing the piglet" just seems like an unfortunate euphemism.

You are getting some farmland out of this. You could literally put him out to pasture.

Where did all this intra-party hostility come from

No rush anyways, I'm still waiting to hear back from LeHah about his PC

Well, if you're offering, the party kind of needs a striker.

(Ranger, Rogue, Barbarian, Warlock, Avenger, or Sorcerer)

Strikers put out the most damage, and as such the lack of one leads to these long-ass battles where it takes forever to put anything down. The party ends up soaking up a lot more hurt than they can put out.

Additional Spam:
Also, Deni, I am still waiting on that background

Yeah, any of the general, FR, or Dragon backgrounds are fine, just don't use the Scales of War backgrounds. They pile on a bunch of extra crap.

Pang, do you have monster manual II?
No. But the MM2 races will be added to the character builder on the 26th, so I could have easily stalled that long had it come down to that.

Way, way ahead of you on this. Trust me.
I wasn't going to question it, but did you intend to send me another Human Fighter?

He's a bit more controllery than most strikers, but that's to be expected. Certainly it's not a disappointment.

Honestly, if you want to switch me to an archer or something, thats fine
No, Delic is fine as-is, I was just a bit surprised since you specifically asked me for class suggestions.

(and you actually filled in Personality and Mannerisms, which is like a shiny gift to me)

I said

Quote:
Delic is fine as-is
And when I say "as-is" I mean "as he is after I tacked three levels onto him and actually gave him the proficiency for the weapon he's carrying".

There's nothing to stop any of you from retraining a feat so as to multiclass as a bard when you hit level 5.

Ideally Garr because he already has the puffy shirt

I had hoped that the profile picture was amusing as well.
Oh, you had a picture picked out? It just used the default BLARGH I AM A DRAGON fighter class portrait on my end, it doesn't include custom portraits in the dnd4e packages for some reason.

I'd like everyone to know that, having taken two months longer than anyone else to pick out a background, Deni still failed at it.

East Rift background grants +2 to Dungeoneering, not Endurance.

Alright, LeHah, here's your character wiki:

Delic Swagger - GFF D&D Wiki

(the token portrait is a bit of a placeholder until I should find something more appropriately Profionesque)

For the rest of you, Delic will be dropping into the party whenever you wrap up Hargast and get back to Freeport — unless you intend to spend a prolonged amount of time remaining in the tomb for some reason.

I remind some of you — you know who you are — that not being in a battle is not an excuse to sit on your ass and let Shin do everything.

It's amazing Bob has lived as long as he has, considering how good some of the Horde's "defenders" are at defending him.

Yeah, you'd think they'd want to get something out of that, since pretty much the entire reward for the Crusader adventure went into buying the damn thing.

(well, also Brigid got a magic knife; they didn't loot that off her body either)

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Paladins walk a thin line between respecting the dead and kicking the shit out of the ones that don't know how to stay dead.

It is a narrow balance, and we cannot judge those who stumble

That is some of the densest linework I've ever seen on a coloring book. It's like they knew the target audience would just put it in a baggie and stick it on a shelf rather than actually give it to a kid or anything.

I can't imagine they would just leave the guns loaded, no. It would be pretty unsafe as a general practice. If you wanted to go to the trouble of loading them I suppose fire is fire, though it might be more practical to borrow one of Delic's torches

Well looks like I accidentally introduced gunpowder weapons into the campaign

Added in the pirate defense scores, sorry about that.

I don't see any oars, no. As far as teleporting goes Dimension Door is Level 6 and it's close enough to teleporting as to make no difference.

As far as the mast goes somebody can just climb the damn thing why else have half of you got all those ranks in Athletics and Acrobatics?

Jam it back in, in the dark.
