I would be interested in knowing what kind of blow back this might cause the Democrats who have hounded him, specifically in the Hispanic community at large. The Dems approval rating is already low, wonder if the Hispanic community will feel betrayed enough to pay them back. Gonzales was the nation's first Hispanic Attorney General.

None, or very few, hispanics are going to be offended that a man of his own free will has retired his post, when that man has been embroiled in controversy of his own doing.
