Well, I don't know why you'd want to wear a tube top in the winter. If you insist though, just buy one that you can tie. If you tie it tight enough it won't budge and it'll make your breasts look more perky.

Oh, I thought you meant a smaller tube top that covers just the chest. I didn't mean a corset either. I was talking about tie tops that cover just the chest. They feel a lot more dependable than elastic.
