Comic book store. Know the owners very well, and it's kind of a weekly event. Whenever I go, I set aside at least an hour because I know I'm going to end up getting into a long conversation over something with those guys.
Oh, and additional post, every comic book shop I've ever been to has offered a subscription rate if you get a pull list. I honestly don't know what the discount I get is anymore, but I believe it's in the area of 15% off the cover price. Not as good as some online shops, and there's tax of course, but it's better than nothing. Jam it back in, in the dark.
