my friend loves to tell over and over again the story of how she was riding on her moder bike, waiting for a red light when some A-hole in an SUV started bumping her
then his tail light got caught on the storage rack of her bike and broke. sounds to me like it's just a coincidence. If she gave the police all that info, then they would have known if it was a stolen car...and then they probably would have caught him anyway Jam it back in, in the dark.
