I got one using wiitracker.com. I was up late one night(like tonight... or should I say this morning?) and toysrus got them in stock. Got one for $250, no bundles.
Keep checking that website. I got mine about a month ago, but when I was looking for them they usually sold out in 10 minutes during the day when sites got them in stock. But really late into the early morning like 3 am - 6am they usually lasted a couple hours. When I got mine their log said that it took 2+ hours to sell out, which is a long time. It may be different now considering it is getting closer to xmas. Jam it back in, in the dark.
