Mmm, kimchi (actually saw some in a Safeway store today!)
There's tons of it in my household, though I rarely ate it as a kid. Nowadays, my Korean-blood sings for kimchi, especially after eating half-assed meals and dormitory food. My grandma also lives with me, and she's a kimchi-making machine! There's the typical cabbage kimchi, but now we have nappa and green onion kimchi. Sadly, most of my friends can't stand spicy food, so I don't think they've tried kimchi before D': Jam it back in, in the dark.
