If you mean true "hot swapping" than I could only thing of large scale or standalone servers that would allow this and that would be using SCSI hard drives which aren't cheap.
Now if you mean "hot swapping" as in, being able to disconnect the backend leads inside your computer from the hard drive and pulling out the rack which has the hard drives mounted, then you could look up the Antec P180. Also, think about getting a NAS device instead of a "hot swap" setup, unless you want to move the hard drives elsewhere. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
