Hot Swappable Drive Bays
 

What I'm looking for is quite simple: IDE Drive Bays that are Hot Swappable and for not a high pricetag.

The last product I got (one by ByteCC) said it was hot swappable which turned out to be a big joke. It was in no way hot swappable.

They also need to have some type of fans, as I'm using large scale HDs.

And lastly, preferably available in black. ^^;;

If you mean true "hot swapping" than I could only thing of large scale or standalone servers that would allow this and that would be using SCSI hard drives which aren't cheap.

Now if you mean "hot swapping" as in, being able to disconnect the backend leads inside your computer from the hard drive and pulling out the rack which has the hard drives mounted, then you could look up the Antec P180.

Also, think about getting a NAS device instead of a "hot swap" setup, unless you want to move the hard drives elsewhere.
