Why do you keep your backdoor unlocked/why does she have a key to your house?
Well, you got two options.
1) Remove her from your life (entirely or partially, up to you)
or
2) Sit her down and talk to her - and neither of you can leave until most (if not everything) is straightened out in some manner.
If she refuses to do #2, then do #1.
