I'm English but think of myself as a Kiwi, been here 18 years which is long enough to qualify I think!
I have 3 kids but don't think of myself as a mum, more a taxi driver. I hate any kind of housework or cooking and will leave such jobs as long as I possibly can. I only iron when there's nothing left in anybodys wardrobe. I'm not into fashion at all, jeans tshirts and jandals will do just fine. I hate spending money on clothes for anyone but if the kids mention a new game they want I'm at the shop before they've finished speaking. Their mates all think I'm supercool as we have nearly every console (missing the xbox 360 and the Dreamcast but give me time!) and a whole bookcase full of games, and I know how to burn games and dvd's - although of course I don't actually do that! I don't work and spend most days playing a game, surfing the net or spending my husband's wages online or at the gameshops. I'm also addicted to caffeine and nicoteine. Pretty boring, really  Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
