Ummm....
Is the top of the tube top even all the way around? If it's lower in the back, then the front tries to even itself out. And people have a habit of pulling shirts down to straighten them, so without straps, the tube top just keeps going. Also, add some elastic to the top seam. It's not hard. Double Post:
