Well, I would herd Bears. Mainly because if you have a horse or something, you can get away if they come after you. Once getting them all, I would build a huge area fence to put them in, and have locks to move them from place to place. I mean they are very violent creatures and you would want to be as safe as possible when going ahead and doing it. As much as I love tigers, bears are a bit easier to handle.
