I don't really have a schedule. Back when I used to run on the track and cross country team, I'd run 1.5-3 miles a day and do some pushups, situps, and other exercises.
Right now, I only exercise once in a while. It's either running, biking, or crunches. I try to get in 100 crunches three times a week. I should really be working on my upper body strength, especially my biceps and triceps, but I can't get myself to do them willingly. That's not good, considering that I have very little upper body strength. Most amazing jew boots |
