Did you reset, or did you restore to factory defaults? I'd do a restore to factory defaults, but RacinReaver is probably right, it's most likely hardware related. Linksys does offer 24/7 free technical support. In my experience, if you bitch and moan to them enough they'll swap it out (I've gotten 2 swapped out).
