Is that background noise (that constant "Blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaart") part of the song?

![]() This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
Did I miss anything in the 20 minutes after the Zelda demo began? I had to help someone with her internet connection.
What's the last big Wii secret? I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
In all honesty: Was the last secret revealed? Is it the Wii Connect 24 service? Because that wouldn't be too groundbreaking.
Nintendo said the last secret affects the way you play the games. Didn't they reveal it because they are afraid of Sony copying their idea? I was speaking idiomatically. |
Then I just missed that statement while I was away. What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
But the speaker feature was known a week before the conference (Gamefront.de). If that was the big secret why would Nintendo let it leak so early? Remember the time before the TGS when the controller was unveiled? No concrete rumours about the controller functionality existed, it was all just speculation. FELIPE NO |

I watched the portion with the speaker announcement only a moment ago. The guy says:
"And this is where we can start finally to unveil some of the secrets that still remain about the controller." Sounds like there's really more to it. Well, in Q4 we'll know everything. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
PlayStation is not about games. For non-gamers it's all about the name: How often have you experienced this situation? Someone visits you and says "Oh, you have a PlayStation" and you have to respond "It's not a PlayStation, it's a Nintendo".
And that's the reason why every single console and handheld of Sony (assuming the PS3 won't ruin them) will have the word "PlayStation" in its name. I just wonder when it's going to sound stupid... "PlayStation 6"? "PlayStation 7"? This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
Yoshihiro Mori said Wii will cost no more than 25.000 Yen/222 USD/174 € in Japan. He also stated it wouldn't cost more than 250 USD in the US. The European price is still undetermined but it should cost around 200 €.
Infos were posted on GameFront. I can't tell you how glad I am about this news. Nintendo will make Wii affordable for any consumer. I just hope they'll have the success I wish them to.I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
As said, just copied it from GameFront. Here's the original message:
Babelfished: Nintendo: ' Wii is to cost at the most Yen 25,000 (euro 174) ' 25.05.06 - The Famitsu communicates that Wii will cost at the most Yen 25,000 (euro 174/USD 222) in Japan. The confirmed Yoshihiro Mori, NINT DOS senior Managing Director, on a press conference, on which the year's result was submitted. Wii would therefore cost about 1/3 as much as the PlayStation3, which is offered to 62,790 (euro 437/USD 558) in Japan as 20 GB model for Yen. The Xbox 360 - in Japan only as Premium model available - costs at present Yen 39,795 (euro 353/USD 277) and thus approx.. 40 per cent more than Wii. Already the last three hardware generations of Nintendo came for Yen 25,000 into Japan on the market: Super Famicom (super NES), Nintendo 64 and Gamecube. In the USA Wii is not to cost no more than USD 250 (euro 195/Yen 27,968) according to data of Nintendo. Where the price will lie in Europe, Nintendo did not say yet: If one proceeds from the quotations of Japan and the USA, a price would be possible around the euro 200. Most amazing jew boots |
Japanese retailer PC-Success listed Nintendo's Wii for just 18000 Yen (160 USD/125 €). They have removed the price but it's still viewable in some price search engines.
Source: GameFront.de Please save your "OMG!!!!!!!1 he believe a online shopp!!" for someone else. I know these are not reliable sources when it comes to prices and release dates but I think we're all dying for some news on Wii. What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
I wonder what that small "eye" is for. In the comments of the news it has been speculated that it might be a camera or a projector. What do you think? My guess is that it's a device to project 3D things into your room. I just can't imagine Nintendo to rip-off Sony's EyeToy. They wouldn't do such a thing... FELIPE NO |
