Task list software
OK, I'm looking for either some type of software or technology to allow me to keep track of a task list, and have the following requirements in order from most to least important:
1) Version control/history OR automatic backups at regular intervals. 2) Accessible from any computer (i.e. it's on a server connected to the Internet -- I have my own server I can work with if needed) 3) Can store a cached version on my local machine automatically every time I access the list. This way, if I have no Internet connectivity for some reason, I can at least read the list. I've tried a few different setups, but none of them have been able to fulfill all of the requirements. Do you geniuses have a solution for me? Jam it back in, in the dark.

P.S. How's it going Mr. Killmon? I haven't seen you around for a while. There's nowhere I can't reach.

I had considered CVS, but it's too large of an implementation, and not directly suited for my needs. Thanks for the suggestions though. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
