If that's all Naruke in there, this is sounding like this album could be one of her best works. Then again, if Masato Kouda et al have returned, I will be just as pleased.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

What I'm really curious to know is, if Kouda is taking over the Wild Arms series, what is Naruke doing? Wild Arms XF is a possibility, though for her to abandon another main installment for a PSP spinoff sounds like a lame move. I personally hope she starts composing for other games/series, since she's been with Wild Arms for a fairly long time.

Vol. 2 is out now.

I'd have to say both volumes are great, even with the utter absence of Naruke. Agematsu and Kouda both do wonderful work. While I still think WA4 has more of my "favorites", WA5 is better on the whole. WA5 doesn't have much filler, which is astonishing when you consider the nearly 6 hours of music. Well, perhaps there is a fair share of filler, but it's good filler.

These two albums are the best I've heard so far in 2007. SD4 can't even compete.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
