Actually I would suggest going as Superman. Generally, the person dressed up as Superman at costume parties bleeds confidence, and that might be what you're looking for with this girl. If you're going to do it though, dress up as Clark Kent. Meaning, put on a nice suit and tie, and have the Superman shirt underneath so you can flash it when necessary.

All the effect without those totally metrosexual tights.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
