Since obviously you can't really stop your glands from producing so much oil throughout the day, without expensive prescription drugs, it would be advisable to wash your face with a special cleanser in the morning that uses stearic or salycylic acid(I prefer Noxzema), and maybe once or twice daily (depending upon your condition), just rinse your face with water, and dry it.
Additionally, before going to bed, use some Clearasil, or similar compound with benzoyl peroxide, to aid in killing off bacteria which may thrive on your facial oils. (yum yum yum)

Actually, it's not good to use clearasil or any acne brand on the market right now. All it does is dry your face out... and what happens when your face gets dry? Your body produces oil to naturally moisterize.
Go for any sort of cleaner that is PH balanced (anything that says so or 4.5-5.5 on the PH scale). You can go to most salons and get a really great product called Plantogen. Otherwise, I think Oil of Olay has a cleaner out that's for sensitive skin...
But honestly, just read the labels on the back and look for "ph balanced".
Don't get those stidex pads either. Loaded with alochol. Not good for your skin.
And invest in a light moisterizer, too. Also Ph balanced. If that doesn't work, it might be because of hormones or you need to see a dermatologist.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
