No, your ISP allows you to download at 10 MegaBITS per second, which is 1.25MB/s, which is a theoretical limit you'll almost never hit anyhow.

10Mbps is better than most American/Canadian broadband and is certainly not slow. A T1 connection is only 1.5Mbps Down. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
