After a really underwhelming Wii U teaser right now, Nintendo's conference had best have copious amounts of Fire Emblem and third-party Wii U titles.

The Wii U Pro Controller looks nice, at least. It's a 360 controller with a serviceable D-Pad.

The OS ubiquity of SmartGlass makes it a lot more compelling than, say, AirPlay. I have an iPhone, an Android tablet, and an Xbox. Glad someone's stepping up and making a good option for people who don't sit in just one ecosystem.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |

Well, alright, Pikmin 3 went ahead and put Nintendo out on top.

My guess for why they didn't say anything at the 3DS shindig tonight is because they were focusing entirely on games set to be released by the end of this year. Following this logic, it's going to be a 2013 release.
