Jesus, that is one heck of a computer.
 Some of the old might and magic games should work on your machine. They are RPG's and quite enjoyable. Might and Magic 8 was my favourite, it improved over 7 and was a lot better than 9. Also, it should be very cheap now. I think that Empire Earth may be playable on your machine, it's an RTS, and quite fun. Sim City 3000 might be worth a try too. Try here for some decent strategy games, you should also be able to find some RTS games there as well. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |

I'll second Civilization IV (I had forgotten about it until The Wise Vivi mentioned it.)
As for being able to run it I found the specs for it and,
