I'm also curious as to what happens if and when...
Spoiler:
Interesting, very interesting... The latest episode was really creepy too. I love how they did it. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
There's nowhere I can't reach. |
I liked the premiere for season 3, but it seemed too much like a filler episode. That's my only beef so far.
As for the comment on communication... Why don't people just talk? My main example: Back in season 1, when they were dynamite-ing the hatch, and Hurley saw the numbers. He was all 'THENUMBERSAREBADTHENUMBERSAREBAD' but never EVER tells anyone why. You'd think that's something he would talk about, especially since the numbers pop up all over the place on the island. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
Okay, I'm going back a little bit here, but I didn't really see it mentioned.
What's with Desmond? [And Eko?] Ever since the hatch blew away, they've been having these visions and whatnot. And Locke... I don't think anything happened to him in that sense, did it? Forgive me if this HAS been posted already, I didn't see it. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
The only downside to this season so far... Is that 3x06 will be the last episode for a while. Or so I hear.
After 2x06, it's 'rumored' that they're taking a break for 12 weeks, with no new eps until January, where they'll go for 17 episodes straight, without breaks. Correct me if I'm wrong, though. Anyway, I'm really curious to see what Jack does. Will he listen to Ben, or will he follow Juliet's 'lead' on the video tape? Something's telling me that the video tape is all part of Ben's plan though. I was speaking idiomatically. |
And yeah... the '3.0' finale is probably gonna be a HUGE cliffhanger. Now that J.J. Abrams is back on the project... I can see it being something really nasty. What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
Wow. What Jack just pulled in the 'Fall Finale' was good.
But... Having to wait until February for the conclusion? THAT sucks. D: FELIPE NO |
I don't know about the whole two islands thing. I read a theory somewhere...
Magnetic fields can affect water, right? Well, what if the electromagnetic field of the island, and The Swan station actually caused a slight 'bowl' effect of the water around the island? That would explain why Desmond was never able to sail away from it. And now that the field has been destroyed, [or so they tell us, anyway] the 'bowl' is gone, cause water to flow over a lower part of the island, making it look like two? I don't know, it's a shot in the dark, but it sorta makes sense. What, you don't want my bikini-clad body? |
How ya doing, buddy? |
I'm still being a bit of a cynic about Ben. I think he's still gonna double-cross somebody. Remember when Jack agrees to do the surgery? He says to Ben: "I need your word. That I'll get what you said. I need to get off this island."
Ben: ...Yeah, sure, we'll ship you two miles offshore to that other island over there. Also--so far everyone is calling the second island 'the Survivor's island'... why? Because Ben and Juliet SAY that's where the survivors are? We haven't actually seen if that's the truth or not yet. Maybe it's just me though, like I said above... I don't exactly trust Ben yet. With good reason, I guess. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
This [as already stated by others] is probably the best episode yet this season. Anyone else think though... That Locke's father on the island is just another trick? Smoky, maybe?
Back in the first season Jack kept seeing his father, but when he found his casket, there was no body in it. Just a thought. Next week's teaser can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OX5MRZmsTCg [There's two versions of it, but the differences are so subtle that I had to watch both in sync to tell.] [edit] Damn, someone beat me to it. xD This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
I vaguely recall Ben saying that he was born on the island. I think it was in conversation with either Jack or Locke, but I'm not sure.
I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
A point to ponder...
Ben said he was born on the island a couple episodes back. But in this new episode... We learned that all of the pregnant women on the island died before they could give birth. So... how can that be? Also, in the Nikki and Paolo episode, we saw them being buried alive. We know that the spider's poison wears off after roughly eight hours, and that Nikki opened her eyes just as dirt was tossed over her face. If you look though... The 'grave' is only like, a foot deep. And the paralysis was wearing off... I mean. I'm glad they're 'gone', but it doesn't seem like they should be dead after that. I was speaking idiomatically. |
Usually EZTV will release the HDTV within a couple hours of the Canadian airing, sometimes I can even download the episode at 10pm EST. If you're waiting for the HR or 720p versions, usually a couple hours after that. I usually grab the HR version around 1am or so, if I'm still awake.
What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |

I read somewhere that they signed for [I think] three more seasons. Apparently they're only going to be 16 episodes each though, I guess to appease the masses. They don't want to have all the complaints like they did this year with the "6 episodes, 3 month break, 16 more episodes" thing.
It seems like it's getting really close to an 'end', though, so I don't know how they're going to pull off three more seasons. What, you don't want my bikini-clad body? |
I'm curious about 'the temple' that Ben mentioned, though. Is it the place where 'Jacob' lives? Or another Dharma station perhaps? I don't know, but just the fact that it's called the temple intrigues me.
How ya doing, buddy? |
I don't see why everyone assumes Jack's father is still alive. Well, aside from the fact that Jack kept seeing him on the island, and found his casket, empty.
When Jack tries to get the prescription, I just simply assumed that he forged the signature, knowing he couldn't write it for himself. And...
There's nowhere I can't reach. |
