Besides you couldn't hold the wii remote like a spray can and use it like a pointer at the same time. I guess you could put some sort of mirror attachment on top of the wii remote to make that possible but it would be pretty silly. .... Oh wait. Yeah you could. It detects movement in all directions regardless of pointer. Murr... I'd still like an better source. So yeah this is most likely fake.
However, I wouldn't throw a Mario Paint-like game out the window though. We are getting a Bob Ross painting game for Wii after all. Jam it back in, in the dark.
