same issue naruto 3
Hi I have been searching for a solution to the same problem. I just got Naruto 3 and am trying to play it using Action Replay version 1.14A. The game, which is brand new, will play the intro and will get to the first menu, but will then immediately go the the black screen japanese error message telling you to turn the system off. The gamecube model is DOL-101. I haven't seen many other places reporting this problem, but those circumstances sound identical, have you found a solution?

also, i have tried the alternate boot methods described in the manual, and i can't get either one to happen. i've turned the cube on with no disc, and then put the action replay in, but there's not action replay logo that appears, as the manual describes, it just continues to stay at the cube setup menu. also, pressing Y while choosing the freeloader option on the menu seems to have no effect.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
