I have had an explanation of why you can never find true happiness, but I'm happy when around friends and most worries dissipate away until I'm by myself again...so in part I'd say it's real but I'd also say it's a distraction so...it's a bit of both...
Happiness when I'm by myself is rare and often caused by music but that happiness disappears quickly... Jam it back in, in the dark.  Making the world a spoonier place
