I pronounce it more like "spa-cha-la," but I chose "spat-chew-lah" because it's the closest to how I pronounce it and it is the way I would say it if I were trying to enunciate (i.e. not sound like a redneck). My speech is very lazy; pronouncing the "chew" properly takes too much effort, so I say "cha" instead.
