I can't pinpoint the exact cause of your problem, not with the given information. But some suggestions you should consider, Kloak:

- Depending on how long and how often this has been happening you should see a eye doctor about it. It can be a simple case of needing prescription glasses; yeah, perhaps staring at a bright tube for most of your life has finally taken its toll.

- And then there's the less expensive solution, make sure you hydrate. I notice many gamers (even myself) skip meals/water breaks often enough to induce headaches/dizzyness and "feeling tired all the time." Just drink more water.

And of course Moth is right. There are many factors to consider like:
- Does he take any medication?
- Did he have any recent infections? (ie inner ear infection? Did he get the the flu within the last few months?)
- Any recent change in diet or exercise activities?

But that's what doctors are for. =p
